After-Sales Process
Customers need to inspect the goods upon receiving. Any manufacturing defects identified must be notified to Wefaa Robotics within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. If there are defective parts identified, service experts at Wefaa Robotics will analyze and solve your problem through remote assistance namely email. If the problem cannot be solved through remote communication, you are required to send the product to Wefaa Robotics’ or its local reseller (if any) for test and repair with in 7 days from the date of request.

Note:

The user must register for warranty to ensure the robot is covered under the warranty terms within 7 days of receipt of the robots.

The warranty period starts from the date of registration for warranty, if the previous point is satisfied.

Unregistered products are not covered under warranty.

The price for the shipment of replacement boards should be borne by the customer.

In the event of any occurrence related to manufacturing defect, malfunction, or missing parts from the robotic kit, our authorized technician would verify and confirm the respective request. If it is confirmed that the issue is covered under the warranty and cannot be fixed, you may be able to submit a request for replacement service.

If Wefaa Robotics or authorized third-party testing repair personnel confirm the problem for a product that has been received on the customer end, we will provide free repair or replacement of defective parts. Logistics cost to be borne by the buyer.

For issues arising out of the warranty period, Wefaa Robotics will provide paid maintenance service. The fees may vary based on the specific product, issue and the degree of the damage.

For repaired or replaced products, the warranty period is one month from the date of shipment from Wefaa Robotics. If the remaining warranty period of the original product exceeds two months, the initial warranty period shall apply.
Non-Eligible Situation:
This warranty does not apply to:

Products or parts which are not registered for warranty.

Products or parts whose warranty is expired.

Normal discoloration, wear, and tear, and consumption during the use of the product.

Failure or damage is caused by incorrect or improper use, maintenance, or storage, including improper handling, use of the product not for the intended purpose, improper plugging or unplugging of external/internal devices/peripherals, drops or improper external crashes; contact with or exposure to improper temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, etc., an infestation of insects or rodents or pests or intrusion of foreign objects resulting in the breakage, dust, damage of the product or parts (such as housing, components, wiring, etc.).

Damage caused by unauthorized assembly, modification, disassembly, or damage due to failure to follow the official manual or instructions.

Products or parts whose original identification information has been modified, altered, or removed.

Products or parts of which you cannot provide a valid receipt or any other documents that can prove the warranty status.

Failure or damage caused by the use of software that is illegally authorized, non-standard, or not publicly available.

Failure or damage caused by a virus infection, hacker attacks, or other malicious infringements.

Failure or damage caused by force majeure or accidents.

Damage that occurs during transit back for repair.
-
Other failure or damage not caused by the quality of the product.

Products that can operate uninterruptedly or without errors.
Wefaa Robotics does not assume any kind of responsibility for the issues stated above. In the event of encountering such situations, please contact relevant parties for solutions.
Special Conditions:
The packing of the product, free gifts/accessories, consumable parts, and mechanical parts are not covered under the scope of the Limited Warranty. If there is a damage identified upon receiving the product, Wefaa Robotics will provide a free replacement of the concerned part as per Wefaa Robotics’ technician’s investigation.
